C.U.R.B.'s 29 June 2017 Public Meeting discussed why Judge Reynold's recent rulings in Pressl and Nissen were so grievously wrong and the impact these rulings could on landowners and businesses on Smith Mountain and Leesville Lakes, and local government's tax-base.
